1. Create account using primary email address, strong password and display name.
2. Once submitted, close browser and check your email inbox for link to validate your email address.
3. Click on the secure link – this will bring you back to The Ismaili USA login page where you can login with your email address and password.
4. Once logged in, you will be required to complete a profile page with required fields clearly marked.
5. Once you submit the profile form, we will search existing systems for a matching profile and if a match is found, it will display all profiles found. You will have an option to pick one of the profiles to import OR start with a clean profile. This is the one and only time this option will be provided so, please consider your choice carefully.
6. If the system is unable to find a match, you will need to email to [email protected] so your account can be authenticated or visit Council Corner / Access Desk in your Jamatkhana so volunteers can authenticate your account. For emails, please allow 48 hours for the Support Team to respond to your request.
